An accomplished singer-songwriter in his own right, Pete Cogavin has performed all over Europe for over a decade. His style of song-writing draws on troubadours such as Tom Waits, Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen with folky elements of his native Ireland apparent throughout. In the past he has performed at international festivals in France and Canada (Donnacona Blues, Nice Jazz Festival, 2012) as well as on French national television (Taratata, 2012) and radio with his former group, Pete and Folks.
